Giovanni at casa de rosa provided amazing service. he was amazing and attentive. he made jokes and was well mannered. hipolito, also at casa de rosa, always treated us like royalty. His professionalism and good nature always made us smile. i was charmed by miguel and antonio. They welcomed us with such genuine kindness. the entire dining experience felt special.
The pillows were not good. I actually ended up getting neck pain and the hotel couldn't provide other models. at one point we called to ask for something better, but we were brought two more of the exact same type. These were completely uneconomic.

the staff across the resort demonstrated attentiveness. team members promptly refilled drinks. they also surprised guests with special desserts to celebrate achievements. staff addressed guests by name making our time special.

casa de rosa provided amazing dining. viaggio restaurant is a favorite with great staff and food. cafe mexico features a delicious chocolate cake. the ventanas restaurant provides a buffet with accommodating staff.
